Sapa TV is community television serving Springfield, Weathersfield and Chester VT. SAPA TV provides video coverage of local government meetings, has studio + editing facilities for anyone to make television, and provides education on every part of the video production process. SAPA TV offers most services for free as long as they are noncommercial and if SAPA is allowed to use what you create!
